The Ancient Path

"Thus said Yahuah, “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; and find rest for yourselves." (Yirmeyahu 6:16a)

“And now, fear Yahuah, serve Him in perfection and in truth, and put away the mighty ones which your fathers served beyond the River and in Mitsrayim, and serve Yahuah! "And if it seems evil in your eyes to serve Yahuah, choose for yourselves this day whom you are going to serve, whether the mighty ones which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the mighty ones of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But I and my house, we serve Yahuah.” (Yahusha son of Nun 24:14-15)

As we look back and reminisce we notice a definitive progression as we walk with Yah. At first, we believe and become very excited to be called to work for Yah. As time goes by and as we continue to grow in maturity and understanding we receive greater revelation and realize we are in fact working with Yah. Which changes our perspective and gives way to a closeness we had yet to experience with Him before. Eventually the growth and maturation process of our faith reaches greater fullness and we come to a place of understanding where we recognize we are simply watching Yah work. It has nothing to do with us, and everything to do with Him. We are fortunate and blessed beyond measure to be called to witness to the testimony of our Messiah Yahusha and are overjoyed to be able to share what Yah is doing in Uganda with all of you. We would also love to hear what He is doing in your lives so please do not hesitate to contact us so we can lock arms, pray, sing praises, bless, and lift up Yahuah with all of our brothers and sisters around the world.

Believe and Obey

We believe having a healthy fear of Yahuah and diligently guarding His commands is the summation of the whole duty and purpose of man. Our daily tasks may change but our desire to love Yahuah above all else remains. Over time, He has led us into many situations to where caring for the widow and the orphan has become our daily reality. It's not just what we believe, it's what we do. We have watched Yah build a community from the ground up and it has been nothing short of amazing to see Him change lives in so many ways. The overwhelming need for physical care, shelter, clothing, food, and drink pales in comparison to the need for the people to know the love of Yahuah. Therefore, with the many children Yah has brought into our flock we believe the chief objective is to raise them up in The Way they should go so when they grow older they will not depart from it. Keeping their eyes straight and their feet from going to the left or the right, shunning evil for the rest of their days. We do this because we love our Father Yahuah and recognize the inexplicable honor it is to be invited back into covenant with Him through the blood of our Messiah Yahusha. It is very important to us to learn the loving instructions of our Father Yahuah so we can do our best to walk as Yahusha walked, in perfect righteousness and oneness with our Father. It is our greatest privilege to be given ears to hear His still small voice, hearts and minds to perceive and understand, and eyes to be able to watch Yah work.
